Which devices does it work on?
Families can use the iPhone app, the Android app or any web browser. Owners and teachers work from the iPhone app, and owners also get a full web portal for billing, enrollment and reports on a computer.
Can parents pay inside the app?
Not today. Families receive their invoices in the app and pay the way they already do (Zelle, cash, check or bank debit). You mark each invoice paid, and the family sees it right away.
Is the Development Plan included?
The Development Plan, with its AI assistant, is a premium add-on for an extra monthly charge, as is the classroom wall display. Everything else on this page is part of the Essentials subscription.
Can we choose what families see?
Yes. You can turn features on or off for the whole daycare or for a single family, so nobody is buried in things they don't need.
